The Regional Shopping Centre planned on a plot of approximately 10 hectares , combining commercial, service and entertainment functions.
Sikorskiego street is part of the artery connecting the city center with the s-19 expressway and it is the main element communicating all housing estates and entry roads from Rzeszów, Przemyśl and Ukraine.
Parking for 1,000 cars, a petrol station and a Drive-In restaurant have been designed in front of the building.
The new facility will include a grocery market, a construction market, a cinema, a sports shop and dining premises.
