A complex of two residential buildings located at narrow, parallel plots located in the center of Rzeszow’s residential area “Osiedle Projektant”.
The shape of the buildings is determined by the shape of the real property and highlighted by the horizontal lines of balconies entwining the facade, from which characteristic shape the entire investment has taken its name.
Green terraces and recreational spaces for residents were planned on the roofs of the buildings.
