Achensee, which is the largest lake in Austrian Tyrol, due to its unique location provides excellent wind conditions for water sports.
The building, designed directly by the shore of the lake, right on the waterfront promenade, is intended as a base for sailors and windsurfers. There will be also a sports equipment rental and a café.
