Revitalization of the grounds of the former allotment gardens “Nasz Gaj“. The area of the investment is located along the former ring road of the city, which at present has become one of the most important internal transport arteries of Rzeszow.
The inner yard, raised about half a storey in relation to the neighboring area, hides a complex of underground garages. The surrounding buildings form clear, separate whole of an individual nature. An internal recreational space separated from car traffic, was planned between the buildings.
Smooth transition from low-rise buildings, located on the south side, to tall buildings located in the northern part of the plot provides natural sun penetration and views south towards the Dynowskie Foothills.
